Calavera are sugar skulls typical of the Day of the Dead celebrations in Mexico, made from cane sugar decorated with vegetable dyes — green, blue, yellow, red — and sheets of edible gold leaf, with sizes varying from 2 to 20 cm.
Their function is both as an "ofrenda" (a small object offered to the deceased on a ritual altar prepared for Día de los Muertos) and as a typical sweet for the celebrations.
Our interpretation in organic material: a skull decorated in Mexican style, perfect as a distinctive decoration or an original gift.
